The book is divided into three sections. Part I gives the backgrond of the research project. This includes introduction, legal background, state of the art, and methodology. Part II outlines the results of the empirical research with separate chapters devoted to general characteristics, typologies of cocaine users, and spread, dispersion and extent of cocaine use in each of the three cities. Part III describes the practical outcome of these results. Summary and conclusions are followed by recommendations for future work.
